Goals and Outcomes:
· As a sales representative of Paramount, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer acquisition and management.
· Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers.
· Develops and presents sales presentations/proposals with new prospective customers.
· Establishing contracts
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Proficiency in both English and Cree or Ojibwe is preferred.
· Must be able to travel both in and out of province. Travel could be overnight or several hours from starting location.
· Highly motivated and target driven
· Strong negotiation and closing skills
· Good networking abilities
· Organized
· Proven work ethic
· Excellent communication skills
Able to communicate the benefits of product clearly to customers and prospects
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
· Must be personable, energetic, and enjoy working with people on a daily basis
· Experience in the HVAC/Refrigeration, restaurant or food service industry a plus
· Proven track record of success in sales.
